What You’ll Do
As a Farm & Contractor Sales Associate, you will be someone our customers can count on at the counter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping contractors, farmers, and owner-builders find products
- Answering customer questions
- Operating the point-of-sale register
- Learning our products, departments, and store layout
- Stocking, facing, and organizing shelves
- Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and professional store
- Supporting the rest of the Farmland Hardware team as needed
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Approximately 25–30 hours per week
- Every other Saturday required
- No Sundays

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Be comfortable using a basic computer and point-of-sale system
- Work well independently and as part of a team
Hardware, construction, farming, or retail experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, honest, and ready to learn.
