Job Duties:- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, combines, plows, seeders, and sprayers
- Perform fertilizing, irrigating, and harvesting tasks
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing machinery
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Preferred Qualifications:- Organization Skills
- Problem-Solving
- Previous experience operating agricultural equipment
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
Pay: $20 plus DOE
Shift: Monday Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm
