Job Goal:
The Farm Hand is responsible for assisting with oversight and supervision at the SOAR Center under direction of the High School during the work week.
Reports to:
Daily communication with the High School Agriculture teacher.
Evaluated by High School administration.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the High School Agriculture department to support the learning goals of students while they work at the farm.
Monitor student behavior and safety while working at the farm.
Assist with farm chores as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
