Farm Hand (Weekday)

Job Goal:

The Farm Hand is responsible for assisting with oversight and supervision at the SOAR Center under direction of the High School during the work week.

Reports to:

• Daily communication with the High School Agriculture teacher.

• Evaluated by High School administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the High School Agriculture department to support the learning goals of students while they work at the farm.

• Monitor student behavior and safety while working at the farm.

• Assist with farm chores as needed.

• Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
