Loading and unloading materials, and general farm clean-up. Anticipated Hours of work per week: 40 hours weekly. Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours). 8AM-5PM. Pay: $15.79 hourly. Paid weekly. Effective 1/1/24, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers, after 54 hours worked per week for non-highly seasonal employers, and after 56 hours worked per week for small employers.
