    Farm Labourer/Egg Gatherer – Hanover, ON
    Location:Hanover, ON
    Job Type: Part-Time
    Posting Date: June 25, 2026

    Shift Details:  Work schedules are provided for month in advance and include part-time hours Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the rotation.
    Start time is typically between 6-6:30AM, End time is typically between 2:30-3:00PM

    Position Summary
    We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. Egg Gatherers are responsible for egg gathering, ensuring quality of product, completion of required paperwork and supporting any other general farm duties that may arise during the scheduled shift. Weekdays and weekends required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate. Come join our team to experience working in the exciting and rewarding Agricultural Industry!
    Key Responsibilities
    • Collect, clean, and sort eggs according to quality standards
    • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation across breeder farm
    • Completion of required paperwork
    • Maintain detailed logs of quality checks and production outputs
    • Checking barns and eggs
    • Ensure compliance with animal health and welfare protocols
    • Follow safety and quality standards
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    What’s in it for you?
    • $21.06- $22.06 per hour (based on progression)
    • All PPE is provided to employees (Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service)
    Qualifications
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
    • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
    • Strong attention to detail and safety
    • Previous experience in manufacturing or food production (asset)
    •  Adhere to CHEQ, Biosecurity & Animal Welfare requirements (Training will be provided
    • Reliable transportation to work site(s)
