Farm Lead\n \nAgriculture\n \nJOB SUMMARY :\n \nWe are looking for a Farm Lead to join MEDINE GROUP | Yemen.\n \nThe Farm Officer is responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of farm operations in a\n \ndeer farming environment.\n \nDuties & Responsibilities\n \nFarm Management\n\n Oversee Yemen's farm operations, ensuring that feeding schedules, nutrition requirements, and health standards are maintained.\n Monitor and manage maintenance of pastures, fencing and equipment.\n Implement systems for tracking deer health, breeding, and overall population management.\n Lead a team of farm employees.\n \nHunting and Wildlife Management\n\n Assist during hunting seasons, ensuring that all protocols for safety, ethics, and legality are strictly followed.\n Oversee hunting logistics, including scheduling, equipment preparation, and supervising hunting activities.\n Work closely with the General Manager and clients to deliver a safe and satisfying hunting experience.\n \nSupervise transformation and processing of deer meat.\n \nSales Management\n\n Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.\n Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote deer, hunting, and related farm products.\n Monitor sales performance, prepare reports on results, and identify opportunities for business growth.\n \nAdministrative Duties\n\n Monitor farm sales performance, compiling reports, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and business growth within farm operations.\n Monitor the herd and necessary admin follow up.\n Conduct regular inspections to comply with safety and environmental regulations.\n \nLeadership and Team Management\n\n Supervise and monitor farm staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards.\n Schedule and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all farm activities are completed on time and meeting quality requirements.\n Promote a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, clear communication, and accountability among staff.\n \nOTHER\n\n Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.\n \nCANDIDATE'S PROFILE :\n \nQualifications Required:\n\n Minimum of 3 years in a similar job position.\n Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field.\n \nKey competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):\n\n Knowledge of animal husbandry, feedlot management, and hunting procedures.\n Strong team management abilities, with experience in supervising and training staff.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office.\n* Ability to perform manual farm work and operate machinery as required\n\n
