The Farmworkers will perform any combination of the following duties in connection with nursery related work: assist with irrigation installment of property for soil and preparation for planting; prepare soil and growth media, cultivate, prune, and otherwise participate in horticulture activities; operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to grow and harvest nursery stock, plants, and trees; haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, etc. to condition land; tie, bunch, wrap and pack shrubs, and trees; harvest full-grown crops requiring digging, balling, laying sod, and heavy lifting; mix chemical solutions, such as fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides and spray plants.
