Responsibilities
Advise clients on insurance coverage options including auto, home, life, business, and specialty lines
Sponsorship to secure securities licenses available to add an additional revenue stream to the agency
Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
Present insurance proposals and explain coverage options clearly
Assist clients with policy changes, claims questions, and service needs
Stay current on industry trends, products, and Iowa insurance regulations
Collaborate with district leadership and team members to meet sales goals
Participate in training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge
Sales and leadership experience strongly preferred (insurance, B2B, retail, or consultative sales backgrounds encouraged)
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required. Complimentary pre-licensing coursework provided. Option to secure SIE/Series 6/63
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Comfortable using CRM/quoting software
