Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage your own insurance agency
• Develop and maintain a profitable book of business
• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and policy retention strategies
• Execute marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Meet and exceed monthly production and revenue goals

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license (preferred)/ will provide resources to get licensed at no cost
• Proven sales performance in insurance or financial services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and business ownership mindset
• Ability to invest in your own business startup (details discussed during interview)
• Clean background and credit history (carrier requirement)
