Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Follow up with warm leads and inbound prospects
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales process
• Help contribute to agency growth and team sales goals

• Sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Competitive attitude with a desire to grow financially and professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
