Develop and maintain client relationships
Generate new business through networking, referrals, sales, and marketing
Lead and manage a team to drive agency performance
Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Hold or have the ability to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty and Life license
Ability to pass a background check
