Were seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative who can balance service excellence with sales opportunities in a structured, performance-driven environment. You will manage client service requests, handle policy updates, and identify opportunities to quote and sell additional coverage. This is a Monday-through-Friday role with hands-on training and clear performance expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally
  • Provide accurate information on policies, coverages, and billing
  • Quote, sell, and bind policies when opportunities arise
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and updates
  • Follow up to ensure retention, satisfaction, and additional coverage opportunities
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities during service interactions
