Responsibilities
Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
Follow up with prospects and existing clients consistently
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Educate clients on coverage options and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
