Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of results in insurance sales, agency management, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability: you attract and develop talent with our support.
• Comfortable using data/analytics in decision-making.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
