Responsibilities
Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, setting strategy.
Proven track record of results in insurance sales, agency management, or a related industry.
Strong leadership and coaching ability: you attract and develop talent with our support.
Comfortable using data/analytics in decision-making.
High integrity, personal accountability, strong communication skills.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
