Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Obtain required insurance licensing and complete onboarding training
- Participate in ongoing training and 1:1 coaching through District 20 and the University of Farmers
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach
- Present and recommend insurance solutions based on clients needs and risk profiles
- Meet or exceed new business and production goals while maintaining accurate client records in agency systems
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales or insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn through training and mentorship
