As an Agent in Training, youll gain practical exposure to agency operations, sales, and client relationship management while being supported by experienced leaders. This role is intended to prepare individuals for future advancement, including agency leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support day-to-day agency operations
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
