Responsibilities
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, and/or Commercial insurance policies
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty License (preferred or willingness to obtain we will help with study material cost)
Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
