This role is responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Base Pay + Commission

Salary Range: $5000.00 - $8000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, and/or Commercial insurance policies
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals

• Active California Property & Casualty License (preferred or willingness to obtain we will help with study material cost)
• Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
