• Expected first-year income between $55,000 - $75,000 with top performers earning $100,000+
• Experienced Property & Casualty Producers and/or Life & Health
• OR Top Performing Sales Leaders
• 3+ years of recent SALES experience required
• Entrepreneurial drive with a passion to lead and grow a business
• Coachable, motivated, and resilient
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and build client relationships and become a center of influence

Responsibilities

• Property & Casualty License required prior to program start date
• Life & Health License required before program graduation
• Prior Insurance Sales experience preferred
• Sales Leaders with strong, measurable sales performance
• A passion for growth, achievement, and long-term career success

• Train directly with a successful, established Farmers agency owner to learn the business from the inside out
• Participate in the University of Farmers "award-winning" training program
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions- LEADS provided
• Build lasting client relationships and grow your portfolio
• Achieve Trainee and Mentorship Program goals with guidance and mentorship
