Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Policy Recommendations: Provide professional advice on insurance plans, ensuring each client's unique requirements are met.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through dedicated efforts and effective strategies.
Networking: Build and nurture relationships within the community to foster trust and generate business opportunities.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and innovations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Customer Support: Offer reliable support and guidance to clients, helping them with policy updates, changes, and claims processes.
Licensing: A valid Nevada Insurance License in Property & Casualty is a plus but Not Required licensing assistance available.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is desired.
