The George House Insurance Agency in Las Vegas, is looking for an experienced sales representative to join my team. I have put together comprehensive systems, sales tools, and straightforward training, to help you be more efficient in your position. I am looking for the right person who will be laser-focused on achieving the production goal.

Commission paid on all policies sold!Top producers will make $27-$30 an hour.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Contacting new leads each day.
• Maintaining follow up through Ricochet phone system.
• Overcome objections and ask for the business.
• Complete training on sales, phone system, and quoting system.

• Licensed in Property and Casualty for Nevada is preferred
• Personal Lines License in Nevada is preferred
• Open to hands on training and feedback
• Sales mindset to close business
• Basic understanding on how to overcome objections
