In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products while building strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Our agency is driven, customer-focused, and committed to helping both our clients and team members succeed.

Compensation for this position starts with a base salary of $4,000 per month plus commission. Entry-level producers can expect to earn an additional $1,000 to $2,000 per month in commission during their first year, with even greater earning potential in the second year as your experience grows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years prior sales experience is preferred.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Successful sales background.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
