Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of agents and support staff
  • Foster a positive, collaborative workplace that encourages productivity and employee satisfaction
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners to expand opportunities and improve retention
  • Manage daily operations including sales performance, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and the competitive landscape to guide sound business decisions
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory standards governing the insurance industry

Requirements
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license. Licensing assistance provided.
  • Experience in sales, business, finance, management, or marketing is preferred.
