Farmers Insurance Sales Representative (Leads Provided)

We are a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency in Mission Viejo seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

This role focuses on working warm leads, building relationships, and helping clients find the right insurance coverage for their needs. If you are competitive, coachable, and looking to grow your income and career, this is a strong opportunity.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Set appointments and close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Track activity and notes in CRM systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Bilingual is a plus
