Responsibilities
Deliver a high level of personalized attention while executing targeted sales strategies designed to strengthen and expand long term customer relationships.
Listen closely to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and financial circumstances, and present plan options tailored to their specific insurance requirements.
Stay informed on insurance industry protocols and policy updates to ensure all policy requirements are met, and monitor claims to support mutual satisfaction
Maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
Work closely with policyholders to create and implement risk management strategies tailored to their individual needs and profiles.
High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and applicable state and federal regulations
Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software is a plus
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills required
