Farmers Insurance- Sales Representative

Farmers Insurance District 05 is looking to hire motivated customer-focused sales producers to join a Southern California Farmers team! In this role, be ready to build relationships with clients, generate new business, and guide clients towards the best options to suit their individual insurance needs. This role offers one-on-one training and guidance from a mentor agent and preparation for a successful career in insurance! Commission, bonuses, and growth opportunities available!

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• develop new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• educate clients on available insurance products (auto, home, life, & commercial)
• assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support
• meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
• keep accurate record of sales activities and client interactions

• Strong communication and people skills
• sales or customer service experience preferred
• basic computer and organizational skills
• Insurance license required (guidance and assistance offered to help you get licensed quickly!)
