As the business grows, top performers can step into wholesale outreach, event lead, or market manager roles.


You'll load product, drive to the market, and set up a beautiful boothtents, signage, samples, the works. During the market, you'll greet shoppers, share our family story, offer tastings, and ring up sales on Shopify POS while collecting emails for our list. You'll restock displays, keep the space tidy, and note customer feedback or wholesale leads. After close, you'll break down the booth, return inventory, reconcile cash/POS, and submit a short recap.


By setting a welcoming booth, sampling, storytelling, and closing sales, you directly advance our mission of delighting customerstracked by KPIs like gross sales per market (target $500+)samplesale conversion, and 20+ email signups per event. Accurate closeout, tidy displays, and lead capture drive repeat purchases and wholesale growth, tying your work to OKRs for revenuecustomer retention, and new-account acquisition.

Gross sales per market (target: $500+ average; commission trigger at $200): Fuels sustainable growth so we can keep sharing our family recipes with more customers.

Sampling purchase conversion (target: 2535% of tasters buy): Turns delightful first tastes into happy customers, delivering on our joy in every bite mission.

Email signups captured (target: 20+ per event): Builds our community for reorders, storytelling, and seasonal launches that deepen customer connection.

On-time setup & booth uptime (fully set by open; 98% uptime): Ensures a welcoming, reliable experience that reflects our quality and hospitality values.

Inventory & cash reconciliation accuracy (shrink 1%; 100% same-day closeout): Protects margin and trust, so we can keep ingredients fresh and standards high.
