Youll be working with pre-qualified appointments set by our SDR team, so you can focus on what matters building trust, creating urgency, and winning deals.

Base salary + uncapped commission

Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding production goals

Salary Range: $42000.00 - $65000.00 per year

• Run scheduled appointments with homeowners ready to review their coverage
• Break down current policies and identify gaps, risks, and savings opportunities
• Present tailored insurance solutions with confidence and clarity
• Control the conversation and guide clients to a decision
• Close new business consistently and hit production targets
• Follow up on pending deals and maximize every opportunity
• Maintain strong pipeline management and documentation

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
