Overview:

Perform the responsibilities of the Inventory Clerk for all farm equipment and chemicals.

Here''s what you'll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reconcile inventory of equipment and chemicals.
  • Coordinate physical inventories and audits of chemicals and farm equipment.
  • Generate systems and procedures that will improve the integrity of our farm inventory
  • Develop analyze and communicate inventory control reports to gain a more accurate inventory in stock.
  • Handle all phases of goods transfer within farm operation.
  • Strong ability for analytical thinking.
  • Facilitate improvements in inventory accuracy.
  • Develop, implement and maintain projection systems to communicate future materials needs to our vendor partners.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.

This is a full-time role working from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Trade school/occupational training desired but not required.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control preferred.
  • Good math skills, i.e. weights and measures conversions.
  • 18 years of age or older.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret inventory information. Ability to compile reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
