### Job Duties Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 06/20/2027 Work hours: 50 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 10 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Must Apply By: 01/26/2027 Job Duties: Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Moving cattle home from summer pasture at the beginning of the season. Fall cattle work/pregnancy checking. Weaning. Feeding cattle. Working and vaccinating cattle. Inspect cattle for illness/injuries. Maintaining water tanks, cleaning, opening up frozen tanks. Maintaining winter grazing fences. Maintaining feeding equipment. Shipping calves to market. Snow removal. Moving cattle to calving pastures. Prepping barns and cattle for calving. Calving begins mid-February through May. Cleaning barns. Maintaining summer pastures fence. Moving cattle back to summer pastures at the end of the season. May need to drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. Farming with: Cattle (No Commercial Driver License (CDL) required) ### Minimum Education Required None. No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be able to obtain a state standard driver's license within 30 days of hire and have a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements are required. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety protocols may result in termination. The use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies, and smoking, alcohol, and firearms are strictly prohibited in work areas and in employer-provided housing. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04/07/2026).
