Fashion Advisor

Client Overview:
A luxury retail company is seeking a Fashion Advisor to join its growing retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for polished, client-focused professionals who are passionate about fashion, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:
The Fashion Advisor will provide an elevated client experience while driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the overall presentation and daily operations of a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, personable, and passionate about fashion and luxury retail.

Responsibilities of the Fashion Advisor:

• Provide personalized service and create a welcoming, elevated client experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
• Drive individual and store sales goals through relationship-based selling.
• Follow up with clients and identify opportunities to grow and maintain business.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is presented at a high level.
• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, collections, and current fashion trends.

Required Experience/Skills for the Fashion Advisor:

• Prior experience in luxury or high-end retail.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Fashion Advisor:

• Experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Established client relationships or a personal book of business.
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands.
• Proven ability to build and maintain repeat clientele.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
