Fast Food Cook - Pizza, Grill

Springs Water Park, at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, is looking for a dependable cook to prepare fast-casual food in our Snack Bar (burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken strips). Provide quality food and presentation while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Part-time, day and evening shifts available. Hours of operation are generally 10am-9pm; opener/closer may work a bit earlier/later. Wage $15/hr + tips (earn up to $17).

The water park is open during the school year Thurs-Sun; daily during summer, spring break, and Christmas break. May cross-train as cashier and party host. Growth path to Shift Leader. 

Great group of co-workers will make your day fun. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times, so must have availability during those times.

Requirements:

• Fast food or restaurant cooking experience
• weekend availability
• Age 16+

Job duties:

• Follow instruction regarding recipes and quantities.
• Have a basic knowledge of food cost control.
• Comply with all food handling and sanitation procedures including opening and closing sanitation needs per hotel and health department guidelines.
• Act as cashier or birthday party host as needed.
