Job Summary

Express Wash on Vaughn is seeking a motivated, hands-on Fast Track Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume express tunnel car wash. This role owns overall site performance: operations, team leadership, customer experience, membership sales growth, and financial results. The Fast Track Manager leads a team of roughly 10 to 15 employees and builds a positive, high-energy culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.

This position is ideal for a strong operations leader with a background in car wash management, retail management, service management, hospitality management, or another high-volume customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of the express tunnel to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service

• Monitor tunnel equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and professional, including the wash tunnel, equipment rooms, and property grounds

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of roughly 10 to 15 employees

• Build a team culture that emphasizes performance, accountability, and customer service

• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development

• Schedule and manage labor to support service levels and control costs

Customer Experience

• Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient service

• Resolve customer concerns and feedback quickly and professionally

• Lead by example on the wash line and set clear standards for service quality

Financial and Business Performance

• Drive the site to meet or exceed revenue, membership, and profitability targets

• Manage key metrics including sales, labor cost, membership growth, and customer satisfaction

• Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and transaction accuracy

• Identify opportunities to grow membership sales, retention, and traffic

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in car wash, retail, service, hospitality, or similar operations roles

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable in a hands-on role including equipment checks and facility upkeep

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

• Valid driver’s license required

• Background check and drug screening may be required based on state guidelines

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Stand and move continuously for extended periods, up to 8 to 10 hours per shift

• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, crouching, and lifting

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and humidity

• Regular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment

• Communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns
