Role Snapshot
- Shift: 2nd shift with a 5% shift premium
- Equipment: Multi-station Sacma and National cold heading machines
- Focus: Quality fasteners, steady throughput, safe operations
You Will
- Run and oversee cold forming equipment to hit production plans and meet part specifications.
- Conduct in-process quality checks using gauges and measuring tools to confirm parts meet customer standards.
- Load materials, make small adjustments, resolve basic issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Document production activity and escalate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors and maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while achieving productivity targets.
What You’ll Need
- Experience operating cold heading equipment (Sacma or National experience preferred).
- Ability to interpret work instructions and use common measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical sense and comfort with basic troubleshooting.
- Setup experience welcome but not required.
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Bonus Points
- Experience on multi-die cold heading machinery.
- Understanding of fastener manufacturing workflows and quality expectations.
- Capability to complete setups and changeovers.
