Wage Band

Salary Range:  The base salary for this position is typically between $85,000 and $120,000 annually plus material Incentive Compensation Program. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, credentials/certifications, and internal equity considerations. Job Summary

The FBC Relationship & Program Manager (Fringe Benefit Consortium) plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its program stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and program success. The Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the overall program experience for stakeholders and clients. Sales Interaction will be primarily with key plan stakeholders and leaders, FBC Advisors, and PlanMember Employee’s not individual Clients.

 

 

 

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager shall operate the Financial Center in accordance with PLANMEMBER’s direction, co-branding requirements, and Financial Center guidelines to serve the Fringe Benefit Consortium (FBC), Southern California school districts, nonprofit organizations, for-profit companies, and other employer groups.
  • Coordinate the activities of other independent Financial Centers as they relate to the FBC relationship.
  • Manage the solicitation and enrollment of FBC school districts, nonprofit organizations, and other employer groups (as well as other mutually agreed-upon markets) to participate in the PlanMember Program and other PlanMember product offerings.
  • Recruit qualified FBC Advisors to join PlanMember for the purpose of promoting the PlanMember Program and other PlanMember platform offerings, and to serve FBC-affiliated school districts, nonprofit organizations, and other employer groups (as well as other mutually agreed-upon markets).

 Be responsible for the supervision and servicing of recruited Advisors, including, if deemed appropriate by PLANMEMBER, acting as the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) for such Advisors.

  • Coordinate ongoing sales, marketing, and business development activities on behalf of PlanMember.

 

 

 

Additional Job Duties

  1. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
    2. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
    3. Regularly assess stakeholder satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Program Coordination and Support:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and execution.
    2. Monitor program progress and proactively address issues or obstacles that may impact stakeholder satisfaction or program outcomes.
    3. Provide support to program managers and teams as needed to ensure program success.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
    1. Prepare and deliver regular program updates and reports to stakeholders, summarizing progress, key metrics, and achievement – accumulating data for sales reporting.
    2. Develop and maintain communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
    3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, emails, and presentations.
  1. Issue Resolution and Conflict Management:
    1. Identify and address conflicts or challenges within the program promptly and diplomatically.
    2. Work collaboratively to find resolutions that align with the interests of all stakeholders involved.
  1. Client Retention and Growth:
    1. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
    2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  1. Program Evaluation and Improvement:
    1. Collect and analyze feedback and data to continuously evaluate program effectiveness.
    2. Propose and implement improvements based on stakeholder input and industry best practices.
  1. Budget Management:
    1. Assist in the management of program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet program objectives.

Qualification Standards
Education, Licenses, Work Experience, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, communications, etc.) and/or
  • Experience in program management or a related role, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

 

 

Licenses and/or Certifications Required

 

FINRA LICENSE - 7

FINRA LICENSE - 65

FINRA LICENSE - 24 - Preferred at hire; candidates without series 24 must obtain within 180 days of employment. PlanMember provides sponsorship and training support.
