Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Role Overview
The FBM Portfolio Integrator provides system-of-systems leadership to align strategy, execution, and modernization across a large-scale, multi-program defense portfolio. Operating at a portfolio impacting level, this role ensures programs, contracts, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans function as a cohesive enterprise to deliver mission capability and long-term business value.
The position integrates technical, programmatic, and financial execution across a large and growing portfolio, maintaining enterprise visibility into schedules, backlogs, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints. The Integrator drives cross-program synchronization, resolves systemic constraints, and connects near-term execution with a 10–15 year modernization horizon.
This role requires strong enterprise scheduling expertise, execution discipline, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
