Job Description We are hiring experienced Structural Welders to support the T-ATS (Towing, Salvage, and Rescue Ship) program, a U.S. Navy new construction project at a leading shipyard.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months FCAW 3G/4G structural welding experience Must pass a hands-on FCAW 3G/4G weld test: 3G position (downhill progression) 4G position (overhead) Previous shipyard or new construction experience preferred Must pass drug screen and fit test Strong work ethic and reliability Work Environment:
Shipyard setting (outdoors, heights, confined spaces as needed) Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Overtime and weekends may be required based on workload Pay:
$24–$26/hour (based on experience) Additional Details:
