Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FCCS Architect with 12+ years of Oracle EPM experience and deep expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will serve as a functional subject matter expert, partnering with Finance, Controllership, and Close teams to design and implement enterprise-class consolidation and close solutions.
This role requires extensive experience leading end-to-end FCCS implementations, driving requirements workshops, configuring consolidation processes, and delivering scalable financial close and reporting solutions. Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and broader Oracle EPM capabilities is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
" Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and functional design sessions for Oracle FCCS solutions supporting legal, management, and multi-GAAP consolidations.
" Serve as the primary functional advisor for Finance, Controllership, and Financial Close teams, translating business requirements into scalable FCCS solutions.
" Configure and implement FCCS functionalities including:
Consolidation rules
Journal processing
Intercompany eliminations
Ownership management and equity pickup
Currency translation (CTA)
Cash flow reporting
Supplemental Data Management
" Design and configure ARCS solutions, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
" Define and optimize chart of accounts, entity structures, hierarchies, and dimensional models to support business reporting requirements.
" Configure and manage close processes using Task Manager and Supplemental Data Manager, including calendars, workflows, approvals, and dependencies.
" Conduct fit-gap analyses and translate business requirements into Oracle EPM capabilities and solution designs.
" Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, and training materials.
" Lead client demonstrations, executive presentations, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
" Partner with technical teams on Data Management and Data Exchange integrations with source systems.
" Support presales activities through demos, proof-of-concepts, capability presentations, and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
" Provide guidance on Oracle EPM best practices and contribute to solution strategy across the EPM landscape.

Preferred Qualifications
" Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
" CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting certification.
" Oracle EPM Cloud and FCCS Certifications.
