Provides comprehensive administrative support to the President, serving as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manages calendars, schedules, and complex travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials.
Handles mortgage reporting via platforms like Encompass and nCino, processes invoices, and runs department reports.
Acts as Office Manager, overseeing inventory and supply orders, answering phones, and filing documents.
Supports event planning and performs other duties as assigned.
Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, operating office equipment, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Candidates should be at least 18, with a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years supporting executives, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and office technology.
Financial or mortgage banking experience, reporting platform familiarity, and strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills are preferred.
Must pass background checks, work well independently and in teams, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and discretion.
