The firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation fundamentals who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work on sophisticated matters, and join a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in discovery, legal research, and brief writing. Candidates should have experience managing discovery issues, drafting motions and pleadings, and working on complex litigation matters. The successful attorney will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and experienced litigators while continuing to develop their advocacy skills.

This role is particularly well-suited for an attorney currently practicing at a strong regional or national firm who is seeking a more balanced, team-oriented environment without sacrificing the quality and sophistication of the matters they handle.
