The Force Development (FD) Manpower Senior Analyst provides expertise in manpower, fiscal analysis, and resource planning to support Army G-8 force development and modernization. This role conducts EE PEG manpower reviews, evaluates civilian authorizations and affordability, and analyzes staffing, funding, and resource trends across portfolios. The analyst prepares senior leader briefings, validates manpower submissions, and ensures compliance with Army fiscal and readiness requirements. By leveraging Army systems, business intelligence tools, and quality control processes, the position delivers actionable insights and recommendations that optimize manpower utilization, strengthen Army readiness, and inform long-term planning. | |||
