The FDJ Senior Analyst provides Army G-8 leadership with expert support in requirements determination, acquisition, and modernization. Serving as a trusted advisor to Army senior leaders and requirements stakeholders, this role ensures compliance with JCIDS, ACIDS, and CCIDS standards while aligning modernization, rapid prototyping, and fielding initiatives with strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include analyzing and validating Army and Joint requirements documents, preparing and briefing decision materials for AROC and JROC forums, managing portfolio data in CAMS, and developing courses of action to improve requirements processes. Designated as key personnel with TS/SCI clearance, the analyst applies extensive force development experience to deliver informed recommendations that shape capability development and resource alignment for the Army and Joint Warfighter. | |||
