We are currently seeking a talented candidate who is excited to Live Up and join a culture that is dedicated to continual improvement and excellence as an onsite Feasibility Manager. Job Summary:The Feasiblity Manager is responsible for evaluating and determining the viability of land acquisitions, future developments and homesites presented by the Business Development team. Must be able to effectively interact with Sellers/Developers, project teams and internal stakeholders to gather information to evaluate and report the risk metrics. The position establishes and manages deadlines to ensure results are obtained on time and on budget, managing feasibility from a project's inception through zoning.  Job Responsibilities:Understand and Evaluate Risk PotentialManage Feasibility Process Manage and Coordinate Contract Feasibility Coordinate with Internal and External Project TeamsCoordinate and Manage 3rd Party Project TeamsAssess land parcels for suitability and compliance with local, state and federal regulations as well as zoning.Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential land use and development, including environmental impacts.Work with locality, determine stormwater management plans that may be required to mitigate flooding and erosion.Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and community members.Prepare and review technical reports and documentation for land acquisition feasibility processes.Utilize civil engineering principles to work with developer's engineers and the locality, to ensure site can be developed for residential uses Knowledge and Skills Required:Highly organized with strong analytical and scheduling skillsSelf-directed and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project schedules and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to provide a proactive approach to problem solving, concentrating on multiple problems and tasksStrong critical thinking and decision making skillsExcellent customer service, interpersonal and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to read construction documents and plans, as well as, interpret legal and recorded documentsDiscrete with sensitve and confidential informationAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlinesAbility to cultivate and maintain external relationships with key business partners and community membersStrong data information system skills and capabilitiesProficiency with MS Office SuiteExperience with Blue Beam, AutoCad and other similar platformsComfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and projectsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience in feasibility for multifamily or residential land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required or;4 year degree in real estate, economics, engineering, multifamily or residential land development or related field and a minimum of 1 year experience in feasibility for land development, home construction or similar feasibility experience required.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.StyleCraft Homes offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision/prescription insurance, 401(k) with a company match, income protection insurance, tuition reimbursement, professional development, home purchase discounts, and much more!
