The Manager to the Federal Arbitration Operations will oversee and manage the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act (NSA) for TeamHealth. This role is directly responsible for the management and oversight of the daily functions of the operations on and offshore teams.
