Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our fast-paced in-house litigation team handling a diverse caseload that includes intellectual property, contract disputes, employment law, and federal complex litigation matters. This Litigation Paralegal role plays a critical part in managing cases from inception through trial, working closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met, filings are accurate, and case materials are thoroughly prepared. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of precision and professionalism.

Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, organizing files, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining pleadings, discovery indexes, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, review, and file court documents in both state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and procedures.
  • Manage all phases of discovery and e-discovery, including document review, preparing deposition summaries, drafting privilege logs, and compiling exhibits, briefs, and appendices.
  • Maintain accurate docket control and track all hearings, filings, and case deadlines to support successful litigation outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for pleadings, discovery responses, and briefs to improve efficiency and consistency across matters.
