Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage federal construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement activities, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, reporting standards, and project documentation procedures.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, certified payroll documentation, progress reports, and closeout packages.
• Work collaboratively with government agencies, consultants, owners, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure all required documentation is completed on time.
• Monitor project risks and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct periodic site visits and attend project meetings as required.
• Support successful delivery of renovation, modernization, and public-sector construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within federal construction environments.
• Previous experience managing projects for federal agencies, strongly preferred.
• Consideration will also be given to candidates with substantial public-sector construction experience, including transportation authorities, municipal infrastructure projects, and large state-funded construction programs.
• Strong understanding of federal construction procedures, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and contract administration.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate government contracting environments and agency-specific requirements.
• Eligibility to successfully pass a Tier 1 Security Clearance, including fingerprinting and background screening.
