Job Title: Federal Contract Quality Control Supervisor - Army Reserve

Location: Army Reserve Complex --- 599 Camden Rd., Grand Prairie, Texas

Salary: Based on Experience 17.75 -21.00

Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week). Days and hours vary. Two days off per week.

General Job Duties: Coordinates and completes the daily required Quality Control documentation according to the required daily cleaning schedules. Participates in the operation of assigned Quality Control Program supplied by the Prime Contractor’s representative, including daily, monthly, and annual record keeping, inventory control of documents. Implements and follows through on QC projects and/or periodic work as assigned. Must complete and turn over daily QC reports to the Project Manager. Initiates and maintains excellent communications with the Prime Contractor’s Representative and his or her staff. After Quality Control documentation is complete and turned in on a daily basis, then performs basic janitorial duties as assigned by Project Manager. Adheres to Goodwill's Personnel Policies and Procedures in dealing with employees. Reports work in progress and any area and/or job not completed on time to Janitorial Project Manager.

Skills/Qualifications: Supervisory and verbal communication skills are vital. Must be able to motivate and instruct disabled and disadvantaged individuals to work together and alone. Experience working with the disabled and the disadvantaged preferred. Courses in management and institutional cleaning are desired. Experienced in functions to be supervised. Clerical skills to complete written reports. Preference for working with the activities of others. Ability to implement and follow through on the activities of others.

Physical Requirements: Must have mobility to walk daily around the complex and climb stairs. Capable of performing any job or work assigned. Visual acuity to detect cleanliness.

Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements and ability to pass drug screen and the Federal Government's background check.
