Position Summary:
The Federal Contracts Manager serves as ECC''s internal subject matter expert for federal contracting, supporting business development efforts, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, managing post-award contract activities, and coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully execute government contracts. This position is responsible for administering ECC''s GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), supporting proposal development, managing contract performance throughout the lifecycle, and serving as the primary liaison between government customers and internal stakeholders.
The Federal Contracts Manager works closely with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership to maximize federal contracting opportunities while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and contract requirements.
