Responsibilities

The Law Enforcement Project Manager is responsible for the execution of existing work and the growth of business opportunities. As a project manager, the candidate is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to meet or exceed all contract deliverables. As a business development manager, the candidate will drive the organization’s growth objectives by developing and refining an understanding of our customers’ most important needs and assisting in creating/leading winning capture strategies.

  • Direct support to contracts within the law enforcement line of business, driving program execution and business development
  • Engage with customer contacts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide management and oversight of the day-to-day operations and task execution, ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Grow the opportunity pipeline, to include existing as well as adjacent markets/customers, through diligent and timely identification/qualification of new business opportunities by leveraging current technologies, customer intimacies, and inter-company collaboration
  • Conduct customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements
  • Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities aligned to specific customers across a diverse business portfolio

Qualifications

  • Federal Law Enforcement Experience
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and making independent decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues to senior staff when needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a time and to rapidly adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and budgets
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks learning and development opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional documentation and process management skills

Individual compensation is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and market data. The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,398– $180,501 annually.
